The Wild Fig Restaurant + Bar

I really enjoy the Wild Fig. I like most of the dishes and live music has always been good. I don't recommend large groups as we have to order in a advance and were instructed to sit together according to our dishes. Otherwise, it has always been a good experience. P.S. I miss the former waiter Frances. He was always good to talk and joke with.

I know it was Thanksgiving Sunday but the kitchen was a bit slow getting our food out. Other than that the food and service was very good!

The restaurant has a cozy ambiance. We loved the food, live music & customer service. It's an awesome place to spend a special occasion at a reasonable cost.

Over all, we have had a positive experienced in the past but unfortunately this time we had a very rude experience with the restaurant manager. We witnessed his out bursts with staff as well. We are undecided on whether we'll return to The wild Fig. We will, however, not recommend it to our friends and business associates.

My friend and I went to this restaurant for happy hour and the food was amazing. The calamari was the best we ever had. And our server Gaga was very friendly, attentive and an excellent server. We highly recommend coming to this restaurant. Ask for GaGa!

We didn't get to go in at ALL, so in all fairness I shouldn't rate anything except what I could see from the check in desk. My reservations were cancelled. The restaurant cancelled us stating they were remodeling the buffet. Nothing else, too bad for me. Sad, I was looking forward to eating there.

We were hungry & looked around for a happy hour with a twist. As we saw the Wild Fig restaurant in Coquitlam, we gave it a chance.
We found it inside the Executive Plaza Hotel. The parking is free, you just have to register with the hotel reception.
The atmosphere was breezy, relaxed and we forgot right away about the outside heat. Our lovely waitress Gaga showed us the menu for happy hour and made us feel welcomed. Even if it' s a shorter menu, you still have some good choices for a light lunch/ dinner. We had the beef sliders, the pork ribs, fries and some oysters. We loved the oysters & pork ribs. The beers on draught were good and quite decent priced. We finish our meal with the decadent desert.
We'll be back to try the lamb osso bucco. For sure it was fun, relaxing and our waitress made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Gaga!

All staff were pleasant and our server was attentive and friendly without intruding into our visit with friends. The food was spot on with the menu offering a nice variety to choose from. Very nice presentation of all dishes served. It is a nice place for a group dinner. I recommend this recommend this restaurant and will go again.

We booked a table for a small Bday celebration on a Saturday and we had a blast. Service was excellent, food was affordable and totally delicious. Drinks are not too strong and their presentation was fabulous. The live music was great, different types of songs that went very well with our dinner and we even had some good time dancing! Dessert was incredible, including a bday song that the band dedicated to our friend. We all had so much fun. We totally recommend it!

I love going to The Wild Fig every Saturday when they have a Live Music. I enjoy eating their delicious food in their nice ambiance listening to their talented musicians. I recommend ordering their rib eye. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in Coquitlam! If you are free Wednesday, they have a Prime Rib Special which includes 8 oz steak, roasted veggies, mashed potato and horseradish costing 39 cad .

I just ordered and picked up but upon pick up, the host yelled at me for no reason. He said that I am rushing him when I just stood there and didn't say anything.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, one of the best service and food I have ever experienced. We had a large party of 11 near closing time for a birthday celebration - the live music was great and the service was so accommodating. Even though it was past closing time, they still put in an effort to bring my boyfriend (the birthday boy) his surprise cake with a birthday song. I really appreciated that. I can’t remember the waitress name but she was very kind and accommodating as well.

We enjoyed it very much. Food was excellent. The pear pecan salad to start was delicious. It was very comfortable seating and no loud music you could talk and hear conversations as not lately with some restaurants. Our server Sarah was excellent. We will return. Not for brunch as saw prices !!!!

Everyone’s food was very good and Gaga had amazing service!
