When the pager rang, I attempted to pick up my order (a combo, a curry rice and kimchi fired rice, total of $44) from the counter. The female staff just gave me a box and stated my order was completed. I explained that I had ordered multiple items, but the staff seemed to blame me, saying I had just paid $16 or so.
At the time, another lady came and said it should be her order. The staff then blamed me again I should not come as my order was not ready. I think it was really ridiculous as they rang the pager even my order was not ready, and the staff, with allegedly poor memory, said I had only ordered one item.
I want to say I won’t be here anymore because of their poor customer service, even though the food was fair.
The boss needs to consider improving the serving process.

Service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the bibimbap itself was underwhelming. The flavors felt flat, the toppings weren’t very fresh, and the dish lacked the usual satisfying balance of texture and seasoning. A bit disappointing given the great service.

I ordered the spicy Tteok-bokki — the taste was fine, I’ll give it that. BUT there was a hair in the food （male hair）, which is absolutely disgusting. As someone who genuinely loves Korean food and especially rice cakes, I was really disappointed. This place seriously falls short when it comes to food hygiene.

I had tteokbokki and gimbap, and both were delicious and cheap. The tteokbokki was perfectly spicy, and the gimbap was fresh and tasty. Great portions for the price—definitely worth it!
I love this place, the employees are always so warm and polite, the food is super comforting and the variety is great. I used to have classes around this area and I would always go to this place for lunch

Hello! I am a long time patron of this shop! I’ve been going here for what was the best Korean corndogs in BC! But the quality has gone down the last few times I’ve been this year :( The corn dogs have been undercooked and left with batter still uncooked inside.. Very didsapointing as I have been going here for many years! I have been shy to say anything in person so please don’t take this as a bash! As the ladies here are so sweet and nice! I am just very saddened I will now have to look for a different Korean corn dog spot from now on, I hope this has not been happening to other people but I felt I needed to share since this is the second time I’ve had undercooked corn dogs. My mom brought some home for my brother and I today and I just finished recooking them in our airfryer. Still so delicious, but dissapointed with it being undercooked when bought.
BTW!!! this has only started happening to me since a few months ago, never in my youth have they been undercooked. Anyways I love your restaurant but until this changes I will not be coming back for awhile.. :(
