Great place. Service was excellent. The owner/chef came out to ask how the food was. I had the sweet fried chicken with cheese. Nicely fried with a lot of chicken and very little batter.

Highly recommended. It is our first time and will come back again. Price is reasonable compared to other places

Nothing spectacular here, and certainly not the food. At least the place was not cold like other Korean restaurants usually are.

We had an amazing dining experience at Vesta Grill and Korean Cuisine, it caught my family with such a pleasant surprise! We ordered the five spice pork front feet, Korean sausage and pork in soup with rice, kimchi pork tofu soup with rice, and beef teriyaki. Every dish was packed with great flavors and offered at a fair price. The menu has a lot of food choices, and we definitely need to come back to try more. The vibe is perfect for enjoying soju and beer with friends, and it’s fantastic that they’re open till midnight! 👍

Even I dont have a car I go all the way down from downtown.
This place has amazing food.

Only problem is business hour can be different, I missed it few times. So I call them to check make sure they are open before I go.

Friendly staff too,
love table ring system. Easy and quick.

Go try now!!

I was sitting there after eating, and less than an hour later, someone told me to leave. If you don't drink, don't go. Recommended ttukbaegi, located 1 minute away.

I came here with my friends for a birthday dinner. The service was great and the food was amazing.

This is the best jokbal I've tried around here. The crispy shrimp pancakes that come with it are perfect, especially on rainy days with makguli ^^

The attitude of the woman serving me is so bad that I don't want to go there again. The food is just mediocre.... Even if the food is delicious, I don't want to go there because of the staff's attitude. There's nothing friendly about them, and even when people come in, they seem to stare. If you have to wait, they tell you that you need to wait now... You either wait or you don't... The attitude is that they look people up and down, and as soon as you wait and sit down, if it's busy, they finish their meal and leave within 2 hours. Isn’t that right..even if you serve food, don’t you let go? I don't know if it was the owner or the employee, but it was truly the worst experience of my life! However, if you want to experience the unpleasantness of an unfriendly and confident tip request, go. After seeing many reviews of this restaurant, I thought the staff's attitude was a problem and thought it was insignificant, but there was a reason why everyone said they felt bad. I wish the employee who had an arrogant attitude and confidently asked for tips would know what the problem was.

I visited last night and placed a to-go order of about 100 dollars and the aunt was so kind that I tipped 15% and waited inside the store for my order. However, another server who came late told me that the aunt was mistaken and said she didn't charge 50 cents for the to-go container, so I gave it to her, but I guess that's right haha.. I don't want to go again

Haven't been here for too long, forget what is like. Hopfully it's still good

Spicy Garlic chicken was not spicy at all and soggy, not crispy and had chicken smell. Spicy pork feet(Jokbal) was unbelievably burnt and had a few pieces actually edible. Talked to server and they insisted it’s the way it should be, not burnt and everyone likes it. It was unbelievable. Because we didn’t eat at all In the end the owner deducted the dish from the bill but all in all it was very unpleasant

Stumbled upon this restaurant on Canada day after the fireworks at the nearby Lafarge lake. We were surprised it was still open so late! It’s not a Michelin style fine dining, but let me say this, if you are looking for an authentic Korean food experience, you’ll find it here. Service is fast, no nonsense, no over exaggerated descriptions of the dishes, straight to the point meal options. And unlike the popular Korean bbq experience (which I also enjoy), this is different that it brings you the culinary experience of what a regular Korean family would cook and serve at home as their daily meals. I was so impressed by their pork feet meal, it took me back 20 years to the days I would enjoy this dish as a snack with beer. It was truly a nostalgic moment. Another thing to be mindful of… do not assume you can handle these family size portions. They are there to bring you comfort not just in the duty of flavour packed dishes, but also in the size of the meals! We ended taking a lot of the food home cos we were bursting at the seams by the end.

I will absolutely come here again.
