Rice noodle soup was too salty, and the soup only taste salt and water. The same style restaurant tasted better is in Burnaby. What I like is the beef in the rice noodle soup. No service at all

I’m not much of a noodle soup person but my son wanted to go here for his birthday. It was fantastic!! Amazing food and great service. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

My family loved this location till one day about a year ago, we waited over an hr for the food and kept asking when the food was coming out. We were told the food is coming out, but I see other tables who came later than us were getting the food first. After waiting for over an hr, we went to the front counter and paid for the drinks we ordered and left. The restaurant did apologize and did offer the food for free, but we did not want to stay. I'm not too sure what happened that day even tho we asked a couple of times when the food was coming out. We used to go almost once a week with the kids but have not been for about a year. Other than this experience, the food is great, so I'm still leaving a 4 star.

Some of the best rice noodles I've ever had.
Pictured is my favourite Tomato broth with beef brisket rice noodle soup.
The meat is soft and tender, with a rich broth. I recommend asking them to add a bit of spice as well.
Service is great too, it might get busy during dinner hours, but is quite empty when I went late afternoons, so you can just chill and eat!
I also recommend their cucumber salad appetizer, it is refreshing and crunchy.

Tasty variety of dishes and great service. The noodles were so soft and unique. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the self serve counter in the centre that allowed people to get chili sauce, garlic, and such by themselves. Will be coming back again.

The taste is actually ok! Expect it to be a self serve restaurant - you get seated yourself and order via scanning the code on the table, and get your own green onions/sauces. I hope to get more confidence on the freshness/cleanliness of the food, before trying this again.

I have ordered takeout many times. Today, a very short waitress with short hair had a very bad attitude. I said that I need to put the peppers separately. She said that we are not obligated to help you. If you need to make it yourself, I said that before, I helped to put it on, but she acted like I It looks like I owe her money and the order has not been ready for 25 minutes. I still have to wait in the store for it to be empty. Can the boss train the employees well? Is it a waste of your time to put a chili sauce on its own? It’s extremely rude!

This is the 2nd time visit this branch location. We used to go Richmond location. The first visit was not too bad and it is closer to my home, that the reason we came again. The service isn't too pleasant but this is common in nowadays. Long story cut short, I ordered pork belly soup, but the meat wasn't the belly at all, the taste was so weird, she ended up bring me another piece of meat and explained what so ever which is no one understand what she is saying. I also ordered a cup of cold drinks but this drinks taste so old and looks weird too. The same night after dinner my stomach started act up, I walked a little bit at home and went to sleep. Next day morning, got so much upset stomach and kept throwing up. Got food poison from this place. Not recommended at all to this location, never come again.
There is only one server for the whole restaurant, and she is always on her phone behind the counter. Multiple times I have stood at the door trying to get her attention to get a seat and she does not even look up.Another instance, when paying at the counter with credit card, the lady pre-selected the tip amount for me and just asked me to tap on the total amount!Food is good, but beware, the service is awful.
