It's a fast food chain so the food is the same as all other A&W's. The difference is the staff. They are kind and courteous and if you go there often enough (like me), they know you by name and sometimes what you ordered the last time they served you. That's pretty good customer service when they deal with hundreds if not thousands of people a day.
