it was by far the best shnitzel I have ever had. the pineapple sweet and sour was delicious. I came all the way from Langley BC and it was well worth it.I highly recommend that you try it. great food and great people. what more could you ask for.

Saturday evening at Bisque was a delight. Welcoming, nice simple decor, relaxing old favourites played softly including jazz standards set the atmosphere. We ordered seafood linguine and the dish arrived crowded with clams in their shells, scallops and shrimp in a light and delicious Asiago sauce. The other dinner was crab ravioli, a generous portion topped with more crab meat. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine and steered us to a better selection...
