I had a gluten-free ice cream birthday cake from Blue Spruce last night, and it was by far the best ice cream cake I’ve ever had! So grateful to have an option that’s both delicious and gluten-free. Thank you for making these available — and for making my birthday extra sweet. Support local!
I love their variety of vegan flavors. Lots of places add one or two vegan options, but there's at least 5 options here, and they rotate regularly. Very happy that they introduced a vegan version of their spruce tip ice cream!!
Friendly staff, clean and cute building, unique and delicious ice cream. I'll have to try their coffees next time. 🍦
