Love Boston Pizza. Always top notch service and food is just amazing. I go often!

When you order boneless wings here, make sure to ask for triple sauce, They couldn’t be more stingy. I mean, I understand we are in an economic downturn, but please give us some sauce on our $65 purchase of wings. Pathetic

Pizza was good, just a quick stop for quick eats.

Food was bland, service can be improved

Pam and Ava asked me to come back in to exchange a cake. I drove all the way back to to the restaurant for them to give me the same cake I brought back in and said nothing we can do. The fact you made me drive back to your restaurant twice and not refund me the slice of cake or make it up in another way is beyond me. I've worked in kitchens and costumer service my whole life including boston pizza at this location. The fact you all decided to ignore my emails blows my mind. What an unorganized business and my family and I will not be returning. I should have known better from the 3.8 stars you guys have and how many times you all get blasted on Facebook constantly. Thanks boston pizza for making another customer have a terrible experience at your business.

Great service! We were greeted quickly and all the staff was very attentive. We all ordered pizza and my favorite is the cauliflower crust. The white sangria was very good too!

Remember when Boston Pizza was amazing!? Well, it's not so amazing now. The service is the best thing going for it. Lesson learned do not order any food that's not original to the 90s Boston Pizza. All the new items are just lackluster. My review is based on my most recent dine in experience.

I came in this evening with my mom and daughter, I understand our server was busy but we truly had the worst service!
He barely spoke to us, only in passing quickly, no cutlery was brought to our table, I had to go ask for it, no drinks were refilled or empty plates taken away, I even had to go to the bar to ask for my bill!
Normally, I am a great tipper, but this service I did not feel required any tip so I left him a very small tip and handed cash to the hostess, asking her to pay some to the kitchen and to herself because they were great!
Now I’m sure he is great and was simply busy however I felt he was very abrupt completely disregarded/ignored us.

Got rid of the kids coloring menus and crayons at covid and are not getting them back which seems purely financial

Me and my friend’s family went to boston yesterday, firstly my friend was trying to find which beer he had last time after 2 tasting he was denied another tasting which was quite weird for us because last time when we visited this wasnt the problem, then I went to try server told me because my friend already had a tasting i cannot try eventually he gave me blue moon to taste and we found that was the one we had last time and we ordered it, i totally understand if there is a rule about it but the way he said to me was rude. Then we ordered hot sauce he was saying 2.5 $ extra i understand if something is extra if we are paying $170 for food we can afford 2.5 more again i do not have a problem from him clearing that out but i had problem the way he said it. Overall food was okay but i was very disappointed with the service provided by the guy working in evening shift with specs. I dont know the name there were only 3 servers that time 2 were female and 1 was a guy. I had a great experience first time so thought to celebrate my friend’s birthday but seems like we are never going back to boston pizza.
