Boston Pizza

We had lunch at Boston Pizza in Courtenay. The restaurant was not busy, it took our server way too long to bring us our beverages, 3 coffees and a lemonade. Not once were we asked if we wanted refill of our drinks. Our food arrived, sad to say our food was so so. The quesadilla didn't even look like it was cooked, pressed in a hot pan, the spicy Mac & cheese was more sauce than anything and the Caesar salad had way too much dressing. Don't think we will be back.

As a teenager I always went to the Original Boston Pizza on Jasper Avenue in Edmonton. Now as a Senior my wife and I relive that experience every 6 weeks @ the Courtenay location as we order the large Boston Royal. This gives some extra slices for lunch the next day. Always excellent and the waitresses sometimes get the correct answer to my quiz. What was the name of the city that had the first Boston Pizza? Edmonton

When you order boneless wings here, make sure to ask for triple sauce, They couldn’t be more stingy. I mean, I understand we are in an economic downturn, but please give us some sauce on our $65 purchase of wings. Pathetic

Pizza was good, just a quick stop for quick eats.

Food was bland, service can be improved

Pam and Ava asked me to come back in to exchange a cake. I drove all the way back to to the restaurant for them to give me the same cake I brought back in and said nothing we can do. The fact you made me drive back to your restaurant twice and not refund me the slice of cake or make it up in another way is beyond me. I've worked in kitchens and costumer service my whole life including boston pizza at this location. The fact you all decided to ignore my emails blows my mind. What an unorganized business and my family and I will not be returning. I should have known better from the 3.8 stars you guys have and how many times you all get blasted on Facebook constantly. Thanks boston pizza for making another customer have a terrible experience at your business.

Great service! We were greeted quickly and all the staff was very attentive. We all ordered pizza and my favorite is the cauliflower crust. The white sangria was very good too!
