Used to come here all the time, then they started charging an additional cost on an already $5 cinnamon bun. Greed frustrates me. Won't return.

Love everything I’ve tried here , the pecan caramel is a must try it’s absolutely delicious, so fresh. I want another one just writing this .

Served an obviously raw cinnamon bun. Replaced with different one, but it too was barely cooked. Left on the plate never 5o return. Worse cinnamon bun ever. Specialty Cafe, not with this kind of bun!

Used to come to the area for vacations and getting cinnamon buns from this place was always a highlight, not just because the cinnamon buns were amazing, but also because the service was friendly and inviting ... not any more. There weren't any 12 packs on rack so we asked. First the girl behind the counter grudgingly went to look for a box in the back and came out with a box of frozen buns ... ok, we thought we'd give it a try ... so disappointing ... stale and dry. Used to be that they wouldn't let you leave unless you had what you came for. Many times the ladies would ice them for us while we waited. Now, you're much better off going to COBS, just down the mall.

Been coming here for 20 years. And it was a treat. This time they charged me $5.45 and more for the smaller one because i asked for some apple. Clearly smaller and the response was but it came from the same tray. Over $11 The bun was dry and hard. I was so disappointed and the service. The girl did not care. I told her I would post this. She didn't care. This business is NOT WORTH the visit anymore. Sorry new visitors..not much to say about a lot of our little businesses taken over by new people. Many Going down hill. This used to be great and reading reviews over last months...totally correct.

new staff and maybe look up the recipe again. the old place must have new owners or new staff or not care. worst bun and overpriced and staff didn't care. don't eat it then... nothing will not go back so disappointed

Unfortunately as of late with the new hires, I've seen a great decline in hygiene and service. Even the look of the bun look dry and not appetizing. Very sad to see , hopefully owners change this soon

Got the 12 pack of mini frosted buns .dry hard buns that's not he problem!!! The issue was it as 43.79 !!

The cinnamon roll was really dry and cold. The lemonade tasted really really bad. I mean like there was something wrong with it, and my husband was sick after drinking it. The employee was talking on the phone the whole time through an ear piece.. didn’t offer us a fork or napkins and we were eating it there, not to go. Things looked alittle dirty.. disappointed

Kinda gross lol

The cinnamon buns here at Cinnsational have got to the best cinnamon buns I have ever had in my life! I always make sure to buy quite a few cinnamon buns here whenever I happen to be in Courtenay! I highly recommend stopping here!
