The food is good but service leaves something to be desired. No one in charge and under trained staff. Literally watch staff and management walk around doing nothing no cleanup or food service.

Service was alright. Staff was friendly. The fries were not hot and the burger was alright. I have defenitely had better tasting food and I was starving when I ate it. I would go back but it would not be on the top of my list. Not amazing but defenitely not a "bad" meal.

I only discovered Fatburger last month in Campbell River and, so far, it's been pretty consistently a top notch hamburger.This location is called "Express" so it's small and cramped with uncomfortable seating but both the service and food lived up to my previous experiences. The burger was cooked to order, juicy AF, and well-seasoned, topped with the perfect amount of melted cheese, fresh crunchy lettuce, sweet tomato, and delicious pickles.All in all it's...
