“I love the Atlas ! every time we’ve been the food is absolutely delicious and unique, and the staff are wonderful. Today we went and didn’t realize it was “all breakfast Sunday”. I had my heart set on clam chowder, with only breakfast food I thought it might not be for me but the waitress was so good we decided to stay and I ended up having the best breakfast Huevos rancheros , it was absolutely delicious .. and I also ordered the wrong type of wine.. well the waitress even changed in the wine for me.. really appreciated her .. thank you Atlas cafe and staff !!“

“We stopped in for lunch and the place was "jumping". Nevertheless, the friendly staff found a great table for us, and our server appeared in no time to take our orders. My wife had the mulligatawny soup, which she found delicious. I ordered the gouda and bacon burger and must say that it's without a doubt the best burger I've had in the Comox Valley. We both really enjoyed our lunch and would have no problem in recommending Rhodos Coffee & Bistro.“

“Went today for the first time since it changed ownership. I had always found it only mediocre before. Today was amazing. The server was amazing…polite, friendly, went above and beyond. Our perogies were delicious and it was the best cabbage roll I’ve ever had (apart from my own mother’s! lol and I’m very picky about cabbage rolls). It was my son’s 12th birthday and all he wanted was perogies and this did not disappoint! We will be back and spreading the word. Thank you so much ❤️“

“The food was really good but felt the chicken portions in both the chicken quesadillas and chicken club were lacking. The chicken club had one small slice that was super thin, that’s it. The quesadillas were large but maybe 2 small bites of chicken in each piece. For a “chicken” based restaurant you would think you would have more chicken in each meal.“

“This unique sushi place on Fitzgerald in Courtenay makes the best sushi around. Red dragon and the yam, prawn avocado rolls were freshly made, perfectly rolled. Portions are very generous. Vegetable tempura is on point - crisp and delicious. A delicious meal!“

“Absolutely hands down the best gyro I've ever had. Stop reading reviews and just come here.. The food is SOOO fresh, they treat you like old family friends and the building has so much character. I got the combo and that kept me full for hours. I will definitely be bringing everyone who visits me to this insanely wonderful restaurant.“

Atmosphere kind of like a food court...but!
The sushi was amazing!! The variety is not large but what we had was great. The rolls were very fresh tasting, did not fall apart, and the mayo they use is a good one.
We have been spoiled by all the great sushi in the lower mayhem...so extremely happy to find this little hole in the wall.
And the staff member we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful.
Will definitely return.

“A very nice friendly local pub with very good hard working good hearted caring loving loyal cheerful friendly staff like Tarun and Amanda who are always glad to serve their customers at any time with big smiles on their faces and very good tasting delicious super yummy food and 100% good customer service. Live jazz music every Thursday night and Sunday night karaoke with the 1 and only Milo and the pub manager Todd looks like a member of the legendry British rock band the Beatles.
