I had a fantastic dinner at Kelly O'Bryans! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I tried the Irish short rib and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. Highly recommend this place for the food, service and experience!

Kelly & Carlos O'Bryan's in Courtenay is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The menu offers a dish for just about anyone, in any mood. My large family tried just about the biggest range you could get and EVERYTHING was delicious! As a picky eater myself, I decided to have the chicken lips and Pachos and LET ME TELL YOU! I didn’t think chicken fingers and fries could get any better, but BOY DID THEY EVER!
Plus, if you haven’t yet had a chance to witness first hand the most insane drink menu you’ve ever seen, now is the time to do so. Their menu is CRAZY, (but I will never get anything other than the bartenders love juice, trust me you won’t either)
Overall, Kelly O'Bryan's offers a perfect blend of delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. Whether you're a local or just passing through Courtenay, this spot is a must-visit!

Had the pleasure of stopping in while touring the island with my wife. All I have to say is WHAT A BLAST!!!! They had live music and the place was packed. Food came out in a reasonable time considering how busy they were. Drinks and food were fantastic as always. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he even took care of a round for us. Definitely going to stop in next time we’re out that way. Kelly, Carlos O’bryans you’re doing it right!!!

I love kelly o bryan’s and decided to stop in. This location 100% lived up to all my expectation with the wonderful experiences I’ve had at other locations. Food is also great.

I love it here! Spooner is my main man and Hailee is a superstar! My favourite place to get loose and bust a move!

Went to the Courtenay location and wasn’t disappointed! The atmosphere was lively with great live music—people were up dancing and genuinely having a blast. Hailee was our server and she absolutely crushed it—super friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. Can’t wait to go back!

We went for a Birthday and they comped the birthday meal for up to 30 dollars and they also put the same amount into the food bank

Barley was seated and she ran off… and was never seen at our booth just at everyone’s booth and we just arrived Nov 2 5:10 was packed either I get busy but no water no drinks nothing it was my husbands birthday dinner

Normally love pachos. Decided to try the extreme pachos and they delivered a side not a full meal. $24 for this. Normally you can’t finish and have to take some home. After inquiring I was told all Pacho plates are 10 oz of lattice cut fries. Would you pay $24 + tax + tip for this?

Always a great time. Our servers are attentive and Paint night is a hit.

Visiting for a day, decided to find something to eat. Ordered the bacon cheddar burger, my partner ordered the Cajun chicken burger. The burgers were big, messy, full of flavor, and tasty. Fries were well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Service was really good and very clean restaurant. We will come again when we come back up.

Dined in. Service and atmosphere were good. Prices were not congruent with the amount of food we received. $19 for a side-sized salad, $19 for 4 pieces of potato skins (less than one potato), and $30 for a weak serving of chicken and shrimp. The food tasted good but we left hungry after spending more than $70.
