I had a great time at KFC :) The chicken was hot, crispy, and so tasty. It was juicy on the inside and full of flavor. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. Everything was fresh, and I left feeling happy and full. KFC is always a good choice for a yummy meal <3
Truly disappointed lack of team work team effort or making orders right their was bags returned that were missing items from another customer couple and our order where on earth do I even start .We waited husband and I for itleast 12 minutes it was darn long (the poor girl on front counter seemed overworked and frustrated with the back)fries were cold and our chicken burgers were raw like I worked for McDonald’s for more than a decade to know standards and this place is falling apart littlerally lol one of the pop window signs hanging half fell while waiting😂and the tables and windows weren’t very clean but raw chicken that’s critical yikes disgusting don’t know if I wanna return the burgers were made right in the end my tummy is very upset and rumbling right now so unhappy ☹️ but on the upside I feel like a stuffed chicken 😂😂😂

The service was way better than last time, I went here on New Year’s Eve and tbh was surprised by the speed they were working with. Never had such fast service from them in the past.
Had previously tried this location only once when it first opened, and based on last night’s experience, feel that it has much improved.
The service was friendly, dinning room very clean, and the food tasted good. One negative would be that they no longer had all of the ingredients to make the festive sandwich, and also did not have spicy mayo.
