I got a small snack box with pop corn chicken and fries today and it was the worst service ever. They had no pending orders when I ordered and it took them 20 MINUTES for a small popcorn chicken and fries snack box. There were 5 workers behind the counter not doing anything. they do not even have a drive thru so I don’t understand what would take them so long. I finally got my food and left and then realized when I was already long gone they had not given me the sauce that I had ordered with my meal that should have been put in the bag. Halfway through my dry meal I found a black hair in the fries. My hair is not black so I knew it wasn’t mine. Disgusting place, horrible workers, awful customer service and slowest “fast food” place I have ever gone in.

I took my order to go. The gal behind the counter was lovely and friendly. The fellow did not smile once or address me. The store is nice and clean and so are the washrooms. The chicken was not very warm and the fries were cold. Typical KFC. There were no napkins in the bag and none were offered. If you get takeout remember to ask for napkins and check the temperature of the food before accepting it. I'll probably try them again in a month or so

Ordered chicken strip combo and wanted to try the festive sandwich, my order was just about ready when I was told “sorry we are out of cranberries can we give you gravy instead?” … i took the gravy, the strips were ok, gravy was ok fries were already cold. Sandwich was ok but not worth the $12 they charge. They didn’t even ask if i wanted sauce for my strips.Very disappointed at the quality of food and service

We came in today around 8:20pm and the store says they are closed at 9pm..We tried to open the door and its locked??? Worst KFC ever..there are two workers inside and they just look at us from.the inside..No wonder.this KFC has the worst review ever..

Only chicken popcorn or strips at 2 on Sunday, everything else 20 min or more, asked for rib till person did not know what a rib was. Had strip combo , fries cold, strips were rubbery and horrible, gravy was good, pop was good, will not return to courtney kfc! Won't eat campbell river kfc either......gravy by its self over 350 now from 150, our 100 if u buy something. I was a reg customer, not no more!!

Worst KFC by far! Employees were unfriendly and didn't greet customers. The chicken nuggets and fries I ordered were cold, and the soft drink machine only dispensed unflavored soda water. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I've had several bad experiences at this KFC. Definitely not worth the money!

Gross, shame on you KFC for dumping this store in our town, under trained staff who are rude and have bad attitudes, chicken that is soggy from oil soaking in, your “new” fries at this location taste worse than your old ones!! All the dining tables were dirty/sticky floors. I can go on for days. You need to step up and hire a leader that can turn this store around. Shame on you
