KFC Corporate you need to come fix your store. The staff are very clearly unable to deal with operating this location. We waited a few months since its opening to visit because of the horror stories we read and heard. We ordered our food online to ensure we would not have to wait in a line up, yet when we arrived at the time given, with only 3 other customers in the store, we had to wait a further 35 minutes for our order. Was surprisingly disappointed in the lack of care. There was a small lake of grease left in my 2 peice box.. fries tasted soapy ( guess thats better than burnt) they messed our online order up twice, which resulted in nearly a hour extra wait after arriving there to pick it up originally. The plant based option was very good.My mother enjoyed the chicken.If you order pick up, check the bag carefully. It was once I got home that I realized they had forgotten the pepsi and cole slaw.
