My favourite place for a coffee date or to study. Everyone who works there is so friendly! The food is delicious (the peanut butter squares haunted my dreams for a few weeks in a good way), there's tons of natural light, greenery all around, a patio area to soak up the sun, and they have so many yummy drink options in whatever temperature you're looking for. Once I sit down I'm usually there until they close. Check it out!
First time there. We got lattes and a snack. Medium was smaller than most. Latte tasted good but was warm at best. My friend said to them that we were going to sit outside. They said they'd call us. No one did......... when I mentioned it, they got defensive. Jeez. Just wanted a hot coffee. Higher priced drinks and food than others. Nice sitting area outside that day. Recommend the lemon coconut loaf.
They use a darker roast for their espresso beans, so the americano I ordered was a fair amount stronger and more bitter than I’m used to. My partner liked her cappuccino though.
So if you’re looking for that smoother mild light roast espresso that you get from third wave shops then this may not be for you. I loved their breakfast sandwich and pastries though.
