Had a tasty meal of pork yakisoba at Nikkei Ramen-ya tonight. The dish was well prepared & I enjoyed the cabbage & carrots in the dish. I also had a side of kimchi which was delicious.
Great restaurant. We tried some ramen, the chicken katsu sandwich, and the gyoza. All of them were delicious. Ordering from the kiosk was kind of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. Expensive, but no more than any similar restaurant these days. Worth the price. We would definitely go back the next time we are in town.
A dreary day here and the cure is a visit to Nikkei Ramen! It was hoppin busy and was running like clockwork. We sat at the bar and watched 2 people working so smoothly and quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful- our bowls were warm, savoury, rich and slurp worthy. The pulled pork in mine had so many layers of flavour that I can’t even name them.
