I am a delivery driver and I went to Noodle Box Courtenay yesterday to pick up an order. When I arrived, the app showed that the order had already been prepared and was ready for pickup. Right after that, I asked the staff member, and he told me that the order was not ready yet and that I had to wait another 10 minutes. I still smiled, agreed, and waited patiently.
After more than 10 minutes, the staff member finished the order, and I picked it up and delivered it to...
