It's diner style, and may seem unassuming, but its really good. The hashbrowns are GOAT! Truly. I don't know what seasoning they dust it with, but wow. Also, ask for a side of hollandaise. It was so good with the hash bowl, and it came in a gravy boat for $2. Worth it. Servers kept our coffees topped up, and they also have homemade jam for your toast. My dinning companion really enjoyed the jam.
Stopped by for breakfast today, a bit of a wait as they seemed short staffed for the amount of customers they had. Once sat, our waitress was attentive and drinks and food were quick. All our food was great, the waffle was delightful! I would definitely recommend others to try it if in the Courtenay area
Amazing service. Our server was so patient and super friendly. Would recommend this place if you need somewhere to just sit, eat, and relax. Food is diner food which was good, nothing exceptional but it was exactly what we were looking for.
