Best tacos and burritos I had in my life

There is something sketchy going on at this particular location. Twice I ordered regular size burritos and twice they attempted to bill me for a large. She looked guilty when I questioned the charge
Further they charge additional fees for items that are already included in a meal. When asked about these charges, the lady just says ‘it just comes up extra when I enter in a meal’. They are aware of this extra charges.
Very questionable practices happening at this location. Buyer beware. Check your receipt.

The burrito I had was excellent as was the customer service. I was confused to find that no tips were allowed and when I looked it up, it didn’t look like they were paid more to compensate. I doubt I will be back as I don’t like to support businesses that don’t treat their employees well.
Ordered chips and queso, the queso was fine but the chips were rancid. The smell alone through the bag was awful

Had the chipotle tofu main in my burrito, was super impressed. Lots of variety and customisation. Very flavourful burrito. A dairy free cheese option would be good too, and would love clarification on whether any of the salsa are vegan. Only real issue is not being able to swap non vegan items for vegan items. Cheese for roasted vegetables for example is an easy swap and probably more lucrative for the store yet they won’t do it. So instead I will take the cheese on the side and throw away or give to someone rather than allowing the company to save money.

Food is expensive these days. I'm always hunting for a bargain. I downloaded the Quesada app like they beg you to do. The app showed me a special - $9.99 large burritos until January 19, 2025. It's January 17. No exclusions noted, no details provided. Sweet! I add a large burrito to the app, but the app says pay full price, you cheapskate (I added the colour commentary). No code to enter at checkout, no details. The attached photo is all the details provided by the app (after you click for more details). So I go into the restaurant. The clerk says nope, no $9.99 large burritos in store - you have to use the app. I explained that the app charges full price and I show her the ad. Then a lot of shrugging of shoulders - maybe you need so many points, maybe "some" stores don't participate in promotions. Not sure. The owner/manager and staff should know about specials offered on the Quesada app, and the app shouldn't make vague offers and not deliver. This is not the first time this has happened here either. Not thrilled. Hence the review. Burritos are actually tasty if you're cool paying full price. Restaurant itself appears clean, and there's more seating than you might expect, but it's a pretty sterile (uninviting) place to sit and eat.

Love this place and have had food from here or one of the other chains several times. The customisability of their menu means there’s something for everyone
