Didn’t feel like cooking today. Kristie and her team hooked us up with the most delicious bbq you’ll find anywhere on Vancouver Island! The brisket is amazing.

The Brazen Fork is a restaurant that offers delicious food, including a highly recommended pulled pork sandwich, tasty BBQ wrap, and amazing brisket. They also feature an ice cream shop, The Brazen Spoon, offering milkshakes. The atmosphere is similar to a fancy food truck, with al fresco dining. Located in Victoria, it's worth a visit when in the area. The portions are huge, with perfectly seasoned meat and yummy mashed potatoes and gravy. The dinner for two includes ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and huge sides of cole slaw and beans. The team is fun and welcoming, serving bomb-ass brisket and other fantastic foods. The food is absolutely incredible, flavourful, and clearly made with care. The service is friendly, professional, and totally seamless. The Holy Smokes platter is very delicious and a great portion. The owner marinades and smokes all the meat and her bold and tangy bbq sauce is not too smoky. Don’t miss this awesome spot!
