I Always get a Tuna Sub at Subway and I always love it. But I came to this location in Creston and asked for a Tuna Sub, they pulled out a container from the fridge. I noticed the tuna looked Fresh in the Inside of the Container, but Around the Edged, it was all Dark Orange, Old and Crusty Looking!!!! She Scraped around the Outside of the Container and Mashed it into the Fresh stuff into my Sub!!! 🤢🤮. I don’t know why I didn’t say anything at the moment…. But I got home and thought about it and thought, I don’t want to Risk getting Sick 🤢🤮. It’s NOT WORTH IT! So I took it back, and they REFUSED TO REFUND THE SUB! They said they made it Fresh in the Morning! I agreed that the inside looked Fresh but NOT THE OUTSIDE RIM. it’s LIKE They HAD OLD TUNA, and put New Stuff on Top and tried to Serve it! They didn’t even have Tuna on the Menu! So I guess it doesn’t sell too much! I left the Sub there!!! Wasted Money…. But NOT BARFING 🤢🤮 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Super happy with the service and food. The gentleman working tonight, Aug 23 at 8:30pm, was extremely kind, friendly and prepared our order (especially my gluten free order) with excellent care and quality. Such a warm and friendly environment to make us want to go back. Thank you!

So, being a local Gal that works uptown, I find that I eat lunch out a couple times a month - when I stop in here, the staff are mighty friendly - the sandwiches are always made to my specifications (and they are weird, by most standards... umm... can I get a wee bit of sandwich with my pickles please!). Sometimes I do skip the lettuce and tomatoes, as they don't always look so appealing, that might be a supplier issue though; and I really don't have to add them, if I don't want to, so no biggie! PS: BRING BACK THE EGG SALAD!

It's subway, it didn't have marina sauce when I was there. And the staff wasn't the friendliest. I wouldn't say unprofessional but they definitely weren't engaging with the customer what so ever.

As Subway restaurants go, this one is pretty good. The staff are typically very friendly and quick, and they do a good job of making a sandwich. I feel like subway has gotten more expensive the past couple years, but the food here is good and the restaurant itself is clean.

Was in to grab a sub and when I looked at the meet on display it had mold on it. I showed it to them and they took out one of the moldy pieces and left the rest. Eat with caution
