I went there during open hours and the staff decided to close 15 minutes early. I won’t waste my time again to go there and find out they are not open during their advertised times.

The best cappuccino!
The blonde lady (I don’t know her name) is not only extremely kind and always smiling, but she also makes a truly exceptional cappuccino. The foam is compact, the temperature is perfect so you don’t burn yourself, and the balance is just right. As I said, simply the best!

This coffee shop is a true gem! Every visit is consistently fantastic, thanks to their incredibly friendly and welcoming baristas – no matter who's serving you, they're all amazing. The coffee is always made with such care, the food is delicious, and the dine-in atmosphere is absolutely perfect for a local spot if you do decide to stay. Highly recommend!

One of the nicer places...will be back whenever in the area. Great staff and music is not so loud...being next door to a senior citizen centre...lots of seniors. That is not a complaint, take it a compliment!!!

A nice place get some tasty coffee and tea. We have iced coffee and tea only.
The sitting area outside the shop is nice. There are a garden of the mall with some nice flowers.
It's a hot sunny day but we feel comfortable under the tree.

Great service and ambiance.

I notice it everytime I come to this place, but I have not for once seen their mugs clean. Today, it was the worse that I've seen, and it really ruined my mood. I'm not willing to return.

We dropped in for a quiet coffee and were surprised and pleased to see a guy playing songs on a guitar. Great ambiance and well appreciated.

Really enjoy going to Blenz all over the city especially this one. The coffee is great with the aroma permeating throughout, and also love the pasties and snacks. Staff friendly and quick with lots of seating available. Lots of parking outside all over the mall. Thanks a million.

Went in not knowing what to drink, and a very nice barista offered to make me a special eggnog. I loved it! It was super delicious and she was very nice. Totally recommend this place!

I stopped by for coffee and the poor lady was stuck in the dark because of the power failure from the big wind storm but she graciously offered me free warm coffee as the power was off

Drove from Richmond to Tsawwassen specifically because that location has the peanut butter bar. I get there at 5:04 pm & with no explanation other than they are closed I’m turned away. They are supposed to be open until 7:00 pm. I’m not impressed & won’t be coming to this location again!
