Do not waste your time to get this food I couldn’t even tell what piece of chicken was in my meal. I was absolutely disgusted. It was definitely garbage meat. I should’ve stuck to veggie option.

Been to Edo at many mall locations for many years and have always bought the kids meal with tofu substitution. Today the customer service representative taking the order stated that is not possible and they don't or never have done any substitutions. When asked why was it done in the past he denied that never. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. If an individual is vegetarian the guys kept repeating so you want chicken or beef. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS A PERSONS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. Will be reaching out to EDO's head office regarding the rules of substations..

This was my first time visiting Edo Japan this week, and I wasn’t sure what to order. I asked one of the staff members for a recommendation, and he suggested the Noodles Beef Bowl. I loved it so much that I went back and asked him to make it for me again. He prepared it perfectly, was super friendly, and we even shared a good laugh. He told me his name is yasin—thank you, Yasin! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location

Sushi is cheap and hastily thrown together. They didn’t even have chopsticks. Go to the other sushi across the food court.
I recently visited Edo Japan at Tsawassen mills mall. While the atmosphere was clean and the menu promising, the overall experience didn’t quite hit the mark.
First off, the portions were disappointingly SUPER small. I understand it’s fast food, but I expected a little more substance for the price. I ordered the tofu teriyaki rice bowl and you can see in the photo barely had any rice. It lacked any presentation it looked just slapped on- no love given to the food. The quality mediocre.
Overall, the meal did not justify the cost, and the service did not add value to the experience. When I asked about their menu options the cashier was rude and uninterested like I was bothering her just for asking a question.
I’d try another more satisfying meal option with better portions and service elsewhere. Not recommended.
I recently visited Edo Japan at Tsawwassen Mills around 4pm and was quite disappointing with the serving sizes of their side white rice and yakisoba noodles. Both portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the price. The rice was barely enough to the standard portion and the yakisoba noodles seemed like an afterthought—lacking in both quantity and flavor. For the price, I expected much more generous portions. Not sure if I'll be back based on this experience.
Very unpleased with the service here. Quality of food wasn't the best for my first time eating here. Also, Customer Service needs improvement. Check the reviews before attending!

As a former Edo employee I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to deny service to someone claiming you have 0 sushi then proceed to sell the same roll to the person behind me, not sure how you can have no rolls period and then sell them right after you tell me no.

Worst sushi ever. And the longest wait ever... it was slapped together almost as if they forgot our order.

Been here last week, and got myself a chicken teriyaki bento with thin noodles, spring roll and california roll. Food was good, but sushi and customer service was alright

I regret the poor service and bad food quality. A bitter and unexpected experience. Customer rights must be respected; this is a principle.
