We ordered 2 amritsari kulcha on 6 o’clock and we are waiting for the order for more than 2 hours and at end they cancelled our order. When we tried call a few times and they did not pick our call. They wasted our time. So according to our experience, no one will order from them. Their service is so bad.

We ordered food through Door Dash. They forgot to deliver the main dish- rice. It was around 11pm and we obviously ordered through Door Dash for convenience. We kept calling and no one answered the phone so I had to go in and asked to speak to the "manager." He said that they gave the driver 3 bags (rice was in this bag with attached receipt) but the driver failed to deliver it. We had already contacted the driver prior to going to the restaurant and the poor man was adamant that the restaurant only gave him 2 bags. The manager even said to show us camera footage but didn't think that was necessary over rice. lol. Also, why would someone lie about that so I believed him. I got to find out when I got home that the manager contacted the driver (while I was waiting for my rice to be cooked) and admitted that they didn't give him the rice. The manager lied to my face!! The manager gave me my rice and also gave an extra order of butter chicken but didn't apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service is horrible and its too bad because the food was really good. They were willing to allow Door Dash take the negative criticism for their own fault. It's okay if you make a mistake, just be accountable for it. Never will I order from here again and I will be sure to spread the news to all my friends and family. This restaurant should really consider getting a new manager, a smile goes a long ways!

Ordered online only got one samosa in channa samosa plate while in menu it says serve two. The dahi was completely water and the container wasn’t closed properly everything spilled out into the bag. Also didn’t follow the specific instructions for spice level of food. Very disappointed…. Not worth it..

Ordered their tandoori chicken and fish. The quality of food was remarkable - extremely fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for its authenticity and great management.
I have been living in surrey since 2005 , and I remember i visited this place in around 2016 and my experience was not that good. But yesterday my friend took me again to this place, hands down !! these guys have improved so so so much !! I found that their Dal Makhni is One of the best You can get in Surrey !!

I came here yesterday and tried their Karahi Chicken it was not ordinary spicy chicken that you would come across at other restaurants.I would say that these guys out there made the best karahi chicken i ever tasted, they add their in house made spices to it and i asked them as they told me that they bring fresh chicken from their sources and they cook it to perfection on slow heat. whosoever is reading my review i would recommned to go and try their food.

Worst taste of chicken (hot and sour)soup, I have ever tried. It more tastes like a Manchurian than a soup. Please add less cornstarch to it and i feel like am eating something not drinking soup. Worst taste.....I want to give 0 ratings for that.
