Grabbed brunch here Sunday morning with a couple friends and honestly the dosa alone was worth the trip, crispy and huge and perfectly paired with that coconut chutney. The place had a relaxed weekend vibe, not too crowded around 10am so we got a table right away without waiting. Went here with a few friends earlier this week and we were all seriously impressed by how good the food was. The lamb curry had this depth of flavor that kept us talking about it long after we left, perfectly spiced without being overwhelming. Our server was attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which made the whole experience feel warm and unhurried. Pinch of Spice is the kind of place you add to your regular rotation without even thinking twice about it.
Stopped through Delta last weekend after a long stretch on the highway and Pinch of Spice was exactly the kind of find that makes road trips worthwhile.
