Stopped through Delta last weekend after a long stretch on the highway and Pinch of Spice was exactly the kind of find that makes road trips worthwhile. The butter chicken had this depth of flavor you rarely get outside of places where someone's grandmother is still running the kitchen, and the naan came out perfectly blistered and fresh.
