I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. I visited the restaurant on August 1 at 1:40 1. The food was cold and not looking fresh at all I got a very bad stomachache 2. Waitress was in total rush.
3. After serving the food she came to ask if I can pay the bill and I said yes. LATER ON I FOUND OUT that she charges me 17 dollars for a California roll that cost 6 dollars every where.
4. Then I wanted to pack some food for home and they disappear from our sign and and I have the leave the food being wasted there and for which I paid.
Definitely would never recommend this place service is not good and food does not seem fresh.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The sushi was super fresh and the rice had that perfect texture, with each grain standing out. You can really tell a lot of care went into the food. All the tempura dishes were fantastic. Light, crispy and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Wow these guys are literally making the sushi and all the rolls and portions have the size of normal portions they think no one notices but they do …. Cheap people here who run this place trying to save on people behalf’s not noticing …… over priced under portioned

I went to Tsawwassen Mills and stopped by while looking for a nearby sushi place. It was more delicious and fresh than I expected, so I had a good time! My daughter told me that she’d like to come on her birthday again! May be…I could come again even thoght it takes 50mintutes to come. 😅😊😊

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Gurume with friends, and it was an extraordinary experience! We ordered the nigiri sushi, and it was nothing short of perfection. The fish was so fresh it practically melted in our mouths, and the flavors were out of this world. Every piece was beautifully crafted, a true work of art that tasted as incredible as it looked.
This is the kind of sushi that stays on your mind long after the meal—it’s that good. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
If you’re looking for the ultimate sushi experience, I highly recommend Sushi Gurume. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

Terriyaki was burnt with charcoal from the grill. Clearly the grill had not been cleaned. Sushi was okay but very small portions and the sashimi was not cut by a proper sushi chef. Service was good but food was a very poor value for the money. Definitely will not return.

Both my son and I were sick within 30 minutes of eating here. I have never reacted that quickly to food,. My son was performing tonight in a play, needless to say the food was obviously tainted. Highly advise to stay away
