I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. I visited the restaurant on August 1 at 1:40 1. The food was cold and not looking fresh at all I got a very bad stomachache 2. Waitress was in total rush.
3. After serving the food she came to ask if I can pay the bill and I said yes. LATER ON I FOUND OUT that she charges me 17 dollars for a California roll that cost 6 dollars every where.
4. Then I wanted to pack some food for home and they disappear from our sign and and I have the leave the food being wasted there and for which I paid.
Definitely would never recommend this place service is not good and food does not seem fresh.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The sushi was super fresh and the rice had that perfect texture, with each grain standing out. You can really tell a lot of care went into the food. All the tempura dishes were fantastic. Light, crispy and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly and made the whole experience even better.

I went to Tsawwassen Mills and stopped by while looking for a nearby sushi place. It was more delicious and fresh than I expected, so I had a good time! My daughter told me that she’d like to come on her birthday again! May be…I could come again even thoght it takes 50mintutes to come. 😅😊😊

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Gurume with friends, and it was an extraordinary experience! We ordered the nigiri sushi, and it was nothing short of perfection. The fish was so fresh it practically melted in our mouths, and the flavors were out of this world. Every piece was beautifully crafted, a true work of art that tasted as incredible as it looked.
This is the kind of sushi that stays on your mind long after the meal—it’s that good. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
If you’re looking for the ultimate sushi experience, I highly recommend Sushi Gurume. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

Terriyaki was burnt with charcoal from the grill. Clearly the grill had not been cleaned. Sushi was okay but very small portions and the sashimi was not cut by a proper sushi chef. Service was good but food was a very poor value for the money. Definitely will not return.
It’s been a long time since I ate so much fresh and delicious sushi. 🙂 It's the best!!! After eating my fill, I went to Twatson Mall, located 5 minutes away, and had fun shopping~ 🤗

Both my son and I were sick within 30 minutes of eating here. I have never reacted that quickly to food,. My son was performing tonight in a play, needless to say the food was obviously tainted. Highly advise to stay away

We waited quite a while for our order to be taken, despite the restaurant being relatively slow when we arrived. Our server seemed busy with other tables, and it took around 20 minutes before they took our order.
When our food arrived, only my meal came out, my partner’s order seemed to have been overlooked and arrived about 20 minutes later, so we ended up sharing my meal while waiting. We also noticed other tables, seated after us, receiving their food before us.
Additionally, we experienced the cooks openly yelling at the servers, which was uncomfortable to witness. It seemed inappropriate to handle this kind of conflict publicly, and it certainly affected the atmosphere and overall experience.
While I understand that delays can happen, this experience was quite disappointing on multiple levels.

Terrible service. Took us nearly 30 mins to order as they sat us down. When our order was taken they forgot to punch in one of our orders. All in all, bad experience for the service although the food that did come tasted really good, it ended up me and my girlfriend sharing the same order because they forgot to punch in mine. All in all, good food but horrendous service 👎🏽
