Can’t get online orders right, let alone in a timely manner. Week after week, they are consistently horrible. Complaint promises are not enacted. Honestly, drive the distance to go elsewhere. The ONLY reason we have been going is proximity to house/school but from now on, I will drive the extra distance and hit Starbucks. At least their staff can actually read an order.
