Wonderful wines and wonderful views!
A little ways away from Victoria up and away from the city. A very romantic piece of land and perfect for any occasion. The staff there are very nice and you are surrounded by amazing scenery and view over the valley.
Beautiful location, excellent service with very knowledgeable staff. The flight options are good and come laid out well with good information. Unfortunately, I find all their wines to be very acidic and not my favourite. I would return for the atmosphere on the patio but wouldn't recommend for the wine itself.

Averill Creek Vineyard offers a lovely afternoon experience with guided tastings and the chance to interact with the friendly on-site dogs. Visitors can enjoy stunning views of the valley and the beautiful rolling hills that create a magical atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for wine enthusiasts. The vineyard is known for its reasonably priced and delicious wines, including the JOUE blends and a favorite sparkling wine. The patio is located in a beautiful garden overlooking the vines, providing a peaceful setting with incredible landscaping, especially when the hydrangeas are in full bloom. Guests often share the Estate flight and the Reserve flight, both of which are outstanding, with wines like the Pinot Noirs and the 2018 Sassenach being favorites. While food is not always part of the experience, visitors can enjoy cheese & olives, duck pâté, and smoked salmon, which have been described as delicious. The staff is welcoming and warm, with knowledgeable members like the tap room manager and one exceptional tasting room manager, who enhance the experience. Overall, Averill Creek Vineyard offers a stunning setting, great wines, and a delightful atmosphere, especially during quiet times when the place feels private.
