So disappointed. They stopped making our fav pizza (butter chicken), their prices have skyrocketed, hard to understand staff as English does not appear to be their first language and they speak TOO SOFTLY, and topping have become quite sparse. PH used to be a fav, but not anymore.
I can't blame this location for a difficult online platform service. My customer service experience from local staff was amazing. I didn't have to wait at all and I was explained that one of my pizzas was not perfect so they made an different one for me. They even opened it up to show me honestly I regret paying online so I could've tipped higher for the amazing service! Friendly every time from this location from my experience! Online ordering systems super glitchy. It places my order twice , one as paid one not paid. I ordered and paid 4$ for extra cheese and not only did I not get extra cheese, I got less cheese than normal! To the point where I couldn't even see it. Very disappointing. Dont offer it as an option if you are not able to do it.
