The Small Axe is a small diner style restaurant that is jam-packed with personality! The eye-opening story behind their name is printed on their huge menus. We had the Sparta-choke Dip and the French Onion soup. Perfect for a stormy day. For drinks we had the Strawberry Lemonade and the Jessie Spano cocktail (Espresso Martini). For dessert we enjoyed their special cheesecake for the day and coffees.

Our server, Glen, was really inviting and knowledgeable about the menu! We appreciate the detail that has been put into curating all the décor, from the vintage video game machines to the neon signs on the wall. There are so many things to look at, you could be there all day! Definitely a great place to try if you're in Enderby!”

Another customer came in with a young child that also wanted a side of bacon and was quickly provided the food, not sure if there was a charge, but it was the fast service and willingness to provide that makes places like this more than just a fast food server.
