Pho-licious soup at the Chopstick Truck today!! A friendly recommendation from the operators resulted in a delicious and healthy lunch! Maybe one of the top spots in Fernie? An especially nice touch is the quality of the beef: Completely tender and flavourful slices of steak are to be found bobbing in the deliciously briny broth. Excellent! And thank you!!
What a great place to stop in for lunch! You can't miss the bright green truck and the lovely treed courtyard is quiet and shady and has lots of comfortable places to sit. The food is delicious and we were back on the road satisfied and ready for our next adventure. Try the Bao buns and the cherry Cola, the prawn salad rolls were also yummy.

I have been meaning to stop there for ages, and I'm sure glad I did. I had the wrap, and what a wrap, I think it weighed a kilo! It was a perfect blend of meaty, crispy, sweet, and salty. It was just the beginning of fall and the food, friendliness and atmosphere warmed me right up! There was lots of outdoor seating, a dog station. What else could you want?
