We travelled through Fernie for a trip to Calgary and happened to stop by The Loaf to eat a late lunch. We were AMAZED at how good it was!! Each of my family of 6 adults had different dishes and raved about it!!! The serving portions were abundant and so tasty!!! We had sandwiches, Lasagna & Pizza. SOOO Good!!
We arrived about 3pm still suffering from time zone changes. I was amazed they didn’t say the kitchen was closed, they welcomed us with beaming smiles. This restaurant was lovely, it had a great atmosphere, the waiter was so observant, he came over when we were finished with a box as I couldn’t eat half of my panini, we took our paninis home and heated it up the next day in the oven it was sensational. So crispy, we really enjoyed our late lunch. Thank you.
We opted to sit on the patio. The views are lovely. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. When we sat down the table next to us waited about 5 minutes and then left without being served. We were served eventually but the food and drinks did take longer than I would've expected for how not busy the place was.
