Went to A&W yesterday for breakfast with my significant other. I went to go pay with my debit card and they said sorry your card declined ok I’ll try again. Yet again they said your card declined. So I signed into my banking app and it says the one transaction went through but the first one did not. So I showed them that my second attempt went through. Order was wrong even after repeating the order to the staff member 3 times at the window, I was asked to park up to wait for my order, 5 minutes later the order was given to us which was wrong!!!! The lettuce wrapped burgers were not even wrapped and fell out all over the bag!

Went through the drive thru toady and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees were rude and basically shoved my food towards me with not even a thank you or have a nice day. Won’t be back.
