“Huge shout out to Brody,the manager (hope i got is name right) 2 girls at the counter who handed me the food, and entire crew, who worked night shift on August 11th,2023.I had the last minute friday night craving for KFC and we rushed to the store and it was almost closing time (it was 8:59 when i barged in and they close at 9 lol). Now, i have worked in cust care and hated the last min orders (just being honest, you know). But the manager and his staff was really nice and gave me enough time to choose what i want (ofcoz i rushed and had no idea wht i want to order as i felt like eating everything there,lol). They had to make some fresh batch, which took another 15- 20 mins. I really appriciate the "smiling face" and patients you showed that night (it was a friday night, everyone wants to go home asap).It was a pleasent experience at your store.Once again, thank you for setting up great example for customer service.“
“I ordered chicken wings.oh my gosh, they were so delicious ? they were so soft and wet . I enjoyed them so much. But I prefer they suggest some kind of sauce in side. Moreover, staff are so polite and friendly. And there was clean. Just remember that there is no place to sitting.“
“There isn't much to explain when it comes to a world-famous food chain, but I will highlight the good service and the speed with which they gave me my order. I'm also going to mention something I didn't know they had which is gluten free pizza.“
“They messed up an order for me one night, and it was new years, so a very busy night. Told me I'd get a free pizza the next time I ordered. When i called to get my free pizza they knew exactly what the problem was, and there was no fuss. They got the order right the second time and were there within half an hour. I didn't hear the outside door or the phone as i was having a party, so he came right to my unit door and knocked. It was all around great service, great people, with very friendly understanding attitudes. I highly recommend ordering any pizza in their deep dish version.“
