“This was our first time visiting Edo Japan. Our experience here has been fabulous!! The food is super yummmm but the service is even better. We had food twice at this location in our 3 day trip.Both times the staff was soo kind and friendly.Special shout out to the manager Alcris.He is very friendly, kind and professional. The place is very clean. One can clearly see that they make an effort to make their customers feel special. If you are visiting or live here, please give more business to them, try this place and you won’t be disappointed.“
“Huge shout out to Brody,the manager (hope i got is name right) 2 girls at the counter who handed me the food, and entire crew, who worked night shift on August 11th,2023.I had the last minute friday night craving for KFC and we rushed to the store and it was almost closing time (it was 8:59 when i barged in and they close at 9 lol). Now, i have worked in cust care and hated the last min orders (just being honest, you know). But the manager and his staff was really nice and gave me enough time to choose what i want (ofcoz i rushed and had no idea wht i want to order as i felt like eating everything there,lol). They had to make some fresh batch, which took another 15- 20 mins. I really appriciate the "smiling face" and patients you showed that night (it was a friday night, everyone wants to go home asap).It was a pleasent experience at your store.Once again, thank you for setting up great example for customer service.“
“Ordered combo H was absolutely delicious lots of fresh vegetables. Wonton soup was absolutely delicious lots of fresh vegetables and excellent wonton not soft and mushy but firm and tasty.Only complaint is that the egg rolls are not good wishbthey we're made fresh in house.“
“What can I say? Burger King whoppers have been a favorite of mine since I can remember. I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and they were hot and tasty. The customer service was OK, but I can understand they were busy and so they weren't rude they were simply working hard to get me a hot meal so I can excuse the lack of smiles when it comes to their competence. Well Done staff at BK. I would recommend this restaurant if you are visiting FSJ BC.
