I've been trying Edo Japan outside FSJ, but no other store comes close to the FSJ one in terms of taste, standard, food quality, and service. They always keep things high standard, the store is always clean, the ambiance is nice, and the staff are always nice and friendly. They always greet us enthusiastically and say thank you when we leave. It's my favorite Edo so far.
I visited Edo Japan in Prince George, and it remains one of my go-to spots for a fresh, high-energy meal that everyone can agree on. Whether you’re stopping by the College Heights location or the one in SmartCentres, it consistently hits the mark for a stress-free lunch or dinner.
They made an error in my order, but everyone makes mistakes on occasion, it was the way it was dealt with by the manager and staff including the cooks. My entire meal was replaced, it was made with pride but the cooks who stuffed the container full. The manager and front counter ladies gave zero attitude that sometimes comes with a costumer complaint. 5 stars to the staff and for the consistent good food
