We rarely go to Tims because the quality had gone so downhill, but today my husband decided to give it another chance, to get the filled strawberry shortcake donuts. He ordered 2 muffins, 2 teas, 2 fritters and 2 filled donuts. They couldn't even do that right!! He got home to find there were NO filled donuts. He even went inside instead of the drive-through. So, this is the last time. People, go anywhere else--even a gas station!--and you'll do better than going to Tims.
I have gone approximately 30 times in the last few months asking for espresso and there’s always a different excuse for why it’s not available. It is on your menu, it’s on the slogan in the building, why can I not get espresso at your establishment? I sit in the lineup only to be told the machine is down, broken , being cleaned, not available...surely in the past 3 months that would have been fixed? 🤔
