Usually I love the service here, the workers are quick and the place is kept clean. Then every few months the store decides to let a new employee work by themselves. That is why I'm taking away stars, please train your employees so they don't spend a minute cutting open bread and please train them to listen so I actually get the sandwich I asked for.
Neet is an awesome sandwich maker!
I like the girl who serve me and she is nice and there is really good service and nice people

However, there are significant management issues, as the ladies' washroom has been unavailable for four months, and essential equipment like the Panini press and proper coffee makers have been out of order for weeks. Overall, while the service is commendable, the restaurant needs improvement in maintenance and management.
