Chasters Restaurant

Food was good. They had a brownie on the menu for dessert but apparently they haven't had any brownies for a while. I had a warm chocolate tart. It was okay. Not as good as a brownie :(. Rest of meal was good. Had the short rib dinner it was a smallish portion compared to my husband's duck dinner.

Isabella served us an impressive dinner, complete with rack of lamb that was truly superb. My own steak was very good although I've had better. She was a delight.

Dining at Chasters Restaurant is always enjoyable and makes a special occasion celebration even more special! A shout-out to Lee, our charming server, who completes our dining experience. Highly recommend Chasters.

Food was delicious and service was good. My cosmo was quite sour and had ice in it which was odd. Atmosphere feels a bit outdated but it’s comfy.

Had another lovely dinner at Chaster House. Always delicious. We started with a beet salad which was incredible, and then ordered Short Ribs and the beef tenderloin, both delicious. It was concerning that there was only one other couple dining while we were there, and on a Friday night! It was empty! I would hate to lose this gem of a restaurant, but perhaps the higher prices have forced patrons elsewhere.

This restaurant is incredible! They even washed their hands after bringing regular bread, then brought GF bread. My mother said it was the best turkey dinner she'd ever had

Another incredible experience and this cozy and romantic spot. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there was a delicious turkey dinner offered as we were not going to have our traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year. The service and ambience was great .

Overall happy to try it but felt let down. The new server was quite nice and attentive. The pork belly was dry and overcooked along with the duck needing something more... maybe a seared skin. It was bedded on burnt potatoes. Washrooms were out of order and the lights constantly flicker.

Server was a little too familiar and over stayed their welcome. Also food took a LONG time.

I understand this is a place to take your time, course things out and enjoy the experience, however, the time between courses was excessive. We expected to spend 1.5 hours, and ended up there for 2.5 (with only appies and mains)

Would come back, just with with an adjusted time expectation.

We loved it. Great service and even with several tables full, the layout and structure kept the noise to a minimum. Food was delicious , not a scrap left on our plates! Would definitely go again.

We dined here to celebrate an anniversary. Food was beautifully prepared and served. The reason for the 4 stars is that my tenderloin steak was overcooked - ordered medium-rare but was medium, thus not as juicy as I would have expected. Overall, an exceptional dining experience.

Amazing meal here tonight! Food is absolutely delicious (scallops and catch is the day). Elle was a wonderful host and we had a lovely view of the ocean. Would highly recommend!

We went for our wedding anniversary which we noted on our reservation but were very dissappointed that it was not recognized. This is a first at this restaurant that we rate so highly.
