This place is phenomenal. First, the location is shared with a taco truck and cider with a nice dog friendly outdoor seating area. Second and most important, the food is delicious. They have Bennies. We got the lox and bacon Bennie’s which were delicious. The coffee is great. And the laminated pastries are light and flaky. We also came back for affogato which was perfect for a warm afternoon. One of my favourite places! Came across this on our visit to sunshine Coast, and we came every day for breakfast. They do a lot of gluten free options, and everything we tried were incredible. Personally, the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Not only that, but it's a quaint, chill place to sit, eat, and relax. Highly recommend!
What you would expect for Gibsons quality of food efficiency of service. Atmosphere is very chill with adjacent sunday cider distillery.
