I use a wheelchair and this place is not wheelchair accessible, which I knew. Lots of stairs and no elevator. So I ordered takeout because I really wanted their wings. Then I went down to their seawalk patio which wasn’t being used, but the tables are still there. A staff came down and asked me to leave because the patio is closed and I was a “liability”. I tried to explain that I had ordered their food, but their restaurant is not wheelchair accessible, so I just needed 15min to eat. Staff didn’t seem to care and told me to leave anyway. I understand you don’t want people using the patio if it's closed, but considering the circumstances I would think you could have some compassion.

Very disappointed with the food and service. The menu online has different prices and I was charged more in the restaurant. Even though it wasnt busy at all, the staff wasn't welcoming. I have been to busy places before in Victoria and the staff and kitchen are well organized and friendly. The food was dry, and had no flavor. I went there since a local person recommended me, but it's a waste of time and money. Next door has better food for the money you'll pay.
