Lunitas Mexican Eatery offers amazing food and excellent service with a friendly attitude. The atmosphere is authentic, featuring a great outdoor patio. Lunitas always serves great food, including fun and different Mexican dishes. The menu includes multiple vegan and celiac/gluten-free options. The carnitas and house chips are fantastic dishes. Customers enjoy the chips and guacamole as starters, and the cauliflower burrito bowl and pork burrito bowl have received positive feedback. The mini chimichangas with lemon agave chicken were indescribable, the beef tenderloin taco tasted crazy, and the Quesabirria was mind-blowing! The churros are loved, although some guests feel the guacamole could use more flavor. While the place is busy and has good service, it is noted that one washroom was out of service during a visit. Additionally, Lunitas is not pet-friendly, despite some misconceptions. Overall, it is a great place for drinks and has a lively atmosphere, though some suggest sticking to salsa music.
