Our fave cider in Gibsons area! Always delicious and so refreshing! The food was fantastic as well! The only wish that there would be more tables and shaded areas to sit as it was so hot and sunny. Highly recommend their own carbonated soft drinks and little spoon ice cream as well!

Sit outside and have a good cider in flights, glasses or cans. Very casual atmosphere. Snack sales were closed when we were there.

Relaxing place with lots of outdoor space. Cider a bit on the bitter side. But very unique taste.

The conclusion of this review is worth reading.
I brought a friend to Sunday Cider as it was her first visit to the coast, and my first visit to Sunday Cider. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The location is excellent, so close to Gibsons but just far enough away so that one can enjoy the quiet and laid back atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities for shade on the sunny and spacious property. Service was very friendly and helpful from the get-go and the food was both delicious and nutritious. We very much enjoyed the foundation cider, and next time I will compare it to at least one of the sweet offerings. We felt very welcome and were able to enjoy a private chat without distraction.
After we said our thanks for a wonderful experience, I tried to start my car only to find that the battery was dead. I found Clinton (owner), explained the situation, and without grimace or complaint but a friendly nod he said he could help. He brought his vehicle next to my mine, attached his jumper cables, and we restarted it with ease. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't even hear of it - waved me off with a smile and a wish to pay it forward. I couldn't have found a better example of what I wanted my friend to experience on the coast. Truly grateful and appreciative of our experience. Thank you Clinton and Sunday Cider staff for a visit to remember!

Dropped by Sunday Cider on a weekend evening. They share the space with Sea Monkey Coffee Co. and Anam Kitchen. 8 ciders on tap along with Little Spoon Ice Cream. No prices listed on their display board.
- Flight ($9.50 for 3) - pinot/gamay, double muscat and bacchus. All three grape co-ferments were enjoyable and slightly funky. My favourite was the double muscat
- Stone fruit ($3.50 for 4oz) - smelled fruity but strange end note
- 2x Sunday soda ($3.50 each) - hibiscus tasted like apple juice. Peach was better

We had the best time at Sunday. The cider is phenomenal (my favourite was the bacchus) and the staff could not have been friendlier. The grounds are gorgeous, the kind of spot you could happily spend all afternoon in.
We happened to visit on a sunny day when there were lots of families around. Personally, I think it added to the lively, community vibe with picnic blankets on the grass, kids laughing and playing, and great music!
If youāre looking for a strictly adults-only, dead-silent kind of atmosphere, this might not be your place, but if you like great drinks, great food, and the joyful atmosphere of people of all ages enjoying themselves, Sunday is perfect. Canāt wait to come back!

Love the food (had Aman), love the cider, all staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful. Our only complaint was the ruined atmosphere by how many children were running around. To be fair to Sunday, parents all over (North Van, Port Moody, etc) seem to treat breweries and cideries like Chucky Cheeseās. Iām sure businesses are hesitant to be adult only because of the revenue they may lose, but it really dampened our experience. Parents had fully laid out play blankets all over the grounds, the toddler we shared a picnic table with was screaming for cheetos and his mumās phone for so long that we moved to a different area. There were enough children running all around our new table that we kept bracing our drinks anticipating a collision, then we moved to play cornhole and 2 minutes in a few 8 year olds came up and said āwhen can we have a turn?ā It honestly felt like we had invaded a playground at recess. If businesses are going to accommodate this type of vibe it would be awesome to at least have a child area and an adult only area to at least offer a slight degree of separation.

Hands down the best spot we visited on our 5 day trip at the Sunshine coast. Liked it so much we came back three times and maybe bought way too much cider for the border crossing. These were by far the best ciders(we went to all the cider houses in the area), best atmosphere/chair set up and best food carts (both Sea Monkey and Anam Kitchen were outstanding).
Only suggestion: place a sign right at the entrance that says dogs must be kept on leash. Once while here a lady came with two off leash dogs that were out of control. Love that dogs can be brought in but seems some people need reminders of what the proper etiquette is.
