The Pink House offers the most delicious and creative cuisine on the coast. Every dish is full of flavour and takes you on a trip around the world. The interior is beautifully styled. The cocktails are sumptuous! Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely service. Food with a middle eastern twist. 4 plates between two people was a good amount! Resos recommended, they close the kitchen not long after 8p; anticipate 1.5-2hrs for 2 people to enjoy the dining experience.

Fortunately we made a reservation as we noticed quite a few unlucky people sadly being turned away.

We knew it was going to be a fun evening as soon as we stepped in! Lisa enthusiastically greeted us and once we were settled she explained the menu and made some suggestions.

We started with the tuna which was quite substantial and presented very well.

We enjoyed the crispy fried chicken, eggplant and roasted cauliflower a great deal!

Lisa checked in with us often to ensure everything was going well. It was obvious other diners were enjoying themselves as well and this contributed to a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

This small restaurant offered a big fine dining experience. The decor and atmosphere is classy but comfortable. The menu is share style and has several delicious vegetarian dishes with GF and vegan options available as well. I recommend the oyster mushroom shwarma and the crispy cauliflower. The cocktail menu has great pairings, including many zero proof fauxtails and some deliciously creative boozy drinks. The space is cozy and popular, so I recommend a reservation.

I have become a regular! I would go to Gibsons just to dine at The Pink House Bistro! From Lisa's front of house service where she treats her guests with warmth and amazing cocktails to Mike's spectacularly crafted dishes that are layered with flavorful love and made to please everyone including those who are Gluten Free and Vegan!! It never disappoints and the subtle changes to the menu throughout the season keep it fresh each visit. Do try Lisa's Bouquet Sour and Mike's Roasted Mushroom Shwarma Bowl (before it's gone). To top it off the room is beautiful and classy without being too fancy and you feel like you spoiled yourself. Say Hi to them for me :)

The food was some of the best I have had in 58 years. Lisa and Michael have a fantastic restaurant with dishes to rival any Michelin Starred restaurant. Creative and delicious flavour profiles. We had the hummus, pork, mushrooms and eggplant. All were delicious. The humour and eggplant were elevated to new levels. All the dishes were fantastic. Thank you Michael. Lisa makes the greatest cocktails. I had the Hawaiian inspired one. It was scrumptious!

Hush recommend it if you are on the Sunshine Coast.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to your restaurant.

Before arriving, we called ahead to inquire about reservations and were informed that reservations were not necessary, and that we could simply walk in. However, when we arrived, we witnessed a couple ahead of us, who also did not have a reservation, being seated without any issues. When it was our turn, we were told that only those with reservations could be accommodated. We mentioned our earlier call and were still informed that reservations were required. This was particularly disappointing as we had our baby with us, making the situation quite inconvenient.

We were quite taken aback by the inconsistency and the attitude we encountered. It left us with a negative impression of the service.

I wanted to bring this to your attention as feedback, hoping it helps improve future experiences for other guests.

Last minute booking for 3 on Friday was cheerfully accommodated. Tapas style food was excellent with a variety of complementary flavours. Wines were good and left feeling surprisingly full. If in Gibsons, strong recommend.

If you’re looking for an amazing view, great food and simply the best cocktails on the coast this is the place to go. I love going to this place with my wife and it’s also her favourite place to eat. I highly recommend. Also you will fall in love with the owners.
