Such a great experience! The new owner is wonderful and clearly puts a lot of heart into the restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and everything felt fresh and well cared for. I can’t wait to come back and bring my friends! This place deserves all the support!

New owner is lovely never met the previous owners as we are new locals. I was incredibly impressed by the incredible customer service and the food was by far more than I expected, seriously the best dinner out I ever had and definitely a date night place, it’s not a kids environment and in fact it would have made a major impact on our experience. Adults, you know what I’m say’in! This is a date night kinda place hands down ❤️

Special in every way. The Bistro is on the top floor of the Pink House in lower Gibsons. Simple yet classy. Stacy has a real flair for cocktails. She experimented for us. Yummy. The menu has great shareable items, all unique and beautifully plated. Squid + chorizo was a great combo.
The new owners have revamped everything. Make a reso soon. Wish I lived closer.

The food was amazing. Each dish was rich with flavour and texture. We built an amazing meal through picking 2 dishes each. Lisa was great at arranging our reservation, and was amazing at serving us.

Lots of fantastically delicious small plates ! The salad which sounds like it’s simple from the menu was so so tasty with perfectly balanced flavours and crunch !

Interesting, thoughtful and really delicious food. I recommend the roasted cauliflower, charred zucchini and the Jerusalem fries. Looks like they have a spectacular deck on a nicer day.

It was the best food we ate during our whole trip. The best restaurant since leaving Ottawa a week ago and we’ve been in many. Every dish was unique and delicious. Beautifully presented too. You should reserve as we didn’t get in the first night we tried.

The pink Bistro is my top fav restaurant on the Sunshine Coast. Mike and Lisa duo slay it every time. Great cocktails with and without booze . Food that gives you a party in the mouth.
In all season of the year, the atmosphere, scenic view and and decor always makes my heart smile with Lisa and Mike making my soul smile. Thank you dynamic Duo. Xx
