The food was amazing. Each dish was rich with flavour and texture. We built an amazing meal through picking 2 dishes each. Lisa was great at arranging our reservation, and was amazing at serving us.

Lots of fantastically delicious small plates ! The salad which sounds like it’s simple from the menu was so so tasty with perfectly balanced flavours and crunch !

Interesting, thoughtful and really delicious food. I recommend the roasted cauliflower, charred zucchini and the Jerusalem fries. Looks like they have a spectacular deck on a nicer day.

It was the best food we ate during our whole trip. The best restaurant since leaving Ottawa a week ago and we’ve been in many. Every dish was unique and delicious. Beautifully presented too. You should reserve as we didn’t get in the first night we tried.

The pink Bistro is my top fav restaurant on the Sunshine Coast. Mike and Lisa duo slay it every time. Great cocktails with and without booze . Food that gives you a party in the mouth.
In all season of the year, the atmosphere, scenic view and and decor always makes my heart smile with Lisa and Mike making my soul smile. Thank you dynamic Duo. Xx

We had the most wonderful service and the food is spectacular! I am gluten-free and this is the best gluten free restaurant I have ever been to. If you’re in Gibsons, you need to visit the Pink House Bistro!

It’s good food and the concept of the share plate is cool but I find it a little overly expensive for the experience. It’s fine dining prices for sure and the food is good but not as elevated as it should be if it is fine dining.

The food is nice but the prices for the wines and food are very high. The portions of food are very small, and why they charge $45+ for a $15 bottle of wine from BCL, I have no idea. Considering they charge so much for the food, maybe they could reduce the price of the wines.

The Pink House offers the most delicious and creative cuisine on the coast. Every dish is full of flavour and takes you on a trip around the world. The interior is beautifully styled. The cocktails are sumptuous! Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely service. Food with a middle eastern twist. 4 plates between two people was a good amount! Resos recommended, they close the kitchen not long after 8p; anticipate 1.5-2hrs for 2 people to enjoy the dining experience.
Highlights of our evening was the burrata.

Fortunately we made a reservation as we noticed quite a few unlucky people sadly being turned away.

We knew it was going to be a fun evening as soon as we stepped in! Lisa enthusiastically greeted us and once we were settled she explained the menu and made some suggestions.

We started with the tuna which was quite substantial and presented very well.

We enjoyed the crispy fried chicken, eggplant and roasted cauliflower a great deal!

Lisa checked in with us often to ensure everything was going well. It was obvious other diners were enjoying themselves as well and this contributed to a warm, pleasant atmosphere.
