We just had the most delicious dinner at The Pink House Bistro. The food was exceptional and every dish wowed. My personal favorite was the smoked whole roasted eggplant and the mushroom cabbage bowl. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed her company, advice and assistance. The food was top notch. Living in Vancouver we have a plethora of great restaurants close by, but this was the best meal I've had in a long time.Thank you so much for a wonderful night!

This place is almost sufficient reason to come to Gibsons. We were referred by a local and I'm glad we followed the advice.There is a real attention here to ingredients and the subtle mix of flavours. It's there in their home-designed cocktails - each one a deep taste blend and you can get them all with or without alcohol. For food we went veggie that night (they do have lamb, chicken etc) - the falafel was fresh and hot with an authentic spice blend, the baked cauliflower came with a sweet/spicy toping that matched perfectly and the baked eggplant - well, let me just say that I've travelled a lot of the globe and eaten a lot of eggplant over the years, and this eggplant ranked up there with the best of them!Another reason you'll find it hard to leave here: unlike most restaurant owners, these actually thought about the chairs they use. Really comfy. So order a dessert and hang around.

I have multiple food intolerances and great difficulty finding a restaurant that can feed me something besides lettuce. I contacted Pink House before I arrived; their response was warm and inviting, telling me what dishes (and substitutions) would work for me. The greetings were friendly, service was attentive but not pushy, the food presentation was beautiful (who knew falafel could be pretty!) and I got to have fried chicken for the first time in 13 years! Dessert was perfect. Only wish I had been there for two of their "open" evenings so I could have tried the rest of the menu and had more fried chicken!

We were fortunate to have the best view on the patio which added to the experience as we enjoyed a selection of uniquely crafted cocktails. The service was excellent, our server Suzy was wonderful, friendly and provided some great suggestions. The food was very flavorful, fresh and came pretty quickly. The cauliflower and mushroom surprised us with how good it was, it will not disappoint.Vegetarian options: There is a good selection of vegetarian and dairy free options.

Drinks amazing, beautiful view and the cleanest washroom I've seen in my life. Food was overall delicious, one minor critique would be inconsistency with the sodium levels in the chicken pieces - one piece would be fine while the other was far too salty. Although the service was friendly, once it got busy toward the end of the meal we were waiting for our bill for about 30 minutes. As mentioned, the patio had a lovely view but some background music would have provided more ambience. This restaurant has so much potential and with a few minor changes could be perfect.
