We just had the most delicious dinner at The Pink House Bistro. The food was exceptional and every dish wowed. My personal favorite was the smoked whole roasted eggplant and the mushroom cabbage bowl. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed her company, advice and assistance. This place is almost sufficient reason to come to Gibsons. We were referred by a local and I'm glad we followed the advice.There is a real attention here to ingredients and the subtle mix of flavours. It's there in their home-designed cocktails - each one a deep taste blend and you can get them all with or without alcohol. This place is special! Lisa is so welcoming and friendly. Food is interesting and delicious. As a group we had most of the vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu and everything was incredible. Love this place!
