Fast , efficient exactly what one expects from Tim hortons, my complaint is that in an effort to be super fast hardly two words are exchanged between customer and employees and the English muffins, bagels ect are always barely warm and always un toasted , when your expectations are for a warm breakfast receiving a cold English muffin is definitely disappointing

The drive-thru service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We accidentally missed the speaker, and despite no one being behind us, we were told to go through again. My husband, a big Tim Hortons fan, just wanted.coffee just to avoid holding up their service times. The staff's rudeness was shocking. Having worked in fast food for over 50 years, I can confidently say my staff would never treat a customer like that. Truly disappointed and ashamed of their service.

I don’t know why but the people who work at this Timmy’s have something against every customer, they are impatient and rude and seem generally unhappy.

Quick Stop for breakfast before catching a ferry. You know how usually the risk with a fast food hash brown is scorching the roof of your mouth and having it peel for a week? Somehow this Tim Hortons found a way to deliver a crispy yet cold hash brown. Not room temp, actually cold. As if it had been cooked then refrigerated.
Trust me when I tell you the scorching version is much much much better.
They are very rude!!! Very argumentative slow I would not recommend anyone to go there horrible worth driving 15 min to sechelte
