I wish i could give this tim hortons minus star. I went to this timss after work in evening.they always rush while taking my iced latte order and they always made it wrong. I ask less ice vanilla, and they give me caremal extra ice. When i ask, guy said its vanilla and he cat remake that. Next time i went for same order and that lady did not add any syrup to my drink, i pulled to drive thru again and she take my drink add little syrup and i ask her to str well and she take my drink again and give me chai latte and saying its vanilla latte!!! She was not ready accept mistake. As there is no other tim near by I went to DT for muffin ( heated) and rice bowl. They giveme cold muffin and i asked guy to check it cozz it was cold and he said no its warmed ( again not agreeing, i mean how much time it take to heat the muffin) and for my bowl, i asked for bbq bowl they forget to add any sauce.
If manager or owner is reading this, pls train your staff about communication at DT, and service.

Worst sighn Hortons I've ever been to. Foods crap, never have they got my order right and egg shells in ur sandwich is common. If u order a extra large coffee ur lucky if it's almost 3/4 of the way full. Today was the last time they get my money. Do better...

Guy in truck harassing people outside of this business for days. I've spoken with the staff, emailed the owner, but the guy is still there bothering people and trying to start fights. Avoid this place for now.
