I visited this KFC location recently and asked for the Game Day Bundle offer, but the staff told me they don’t participate in any of those promotions. This was surprising because I’ve never had this issue at other KFC stores across Canada—everywhere else, the Game Day Bundle has always been honored without any problem.
What made the situation more frustrating is that when I placed the order through the app afterward, the same store was required to provide the offer. When I went to pick it up, the staff seemed uncomfortable and avoided eye contact, which made the experience feel even more awkward.
Management should take note: if this location chooses not to participate in certain offers, it should be clearly stated in-store or on their menu to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers. Clear communication would prevent situations like this from happening again.

Food was good besides the gravy which was almost tasteless except a burnt taste.
But took the staff at least 5 mins to even walkover to take our order, all tables were dirty with no one inside til after we came in. Was missing items but quickly fix that
They apparently don’t carry pepper for your fries
And lastly the building is in major need of repairs and upgrades - I get they is technically two businesses in the building,currently a vacant spot but still needs work

It was my first time visiting KFC with my family and it was an outstanding experience. Customer service was very nice and the workers were very kind. The food was perfect and we plan on visiting again soon.

Got a 4 piece combo and paid to upgrade to white meat. Got only 1 chicken breast. I spent 25 dollars for a meal for 1 (4 piece is a lot, but the pieces were all small). Anyhow.. Chicken was very old, stale, and cold. This place is not worth your time or money.

This place is a little new and the staff are learning the ropes. The drink place next door is nice too. Cool restaurant. Wish I could have sat to eat. Chicken tenders all the way btw! Staff are nice and efficient :) thanks for having me! Will see you again in 12 months x
