Came here with the wife for the first time. Amazing food. Fresh, hot not like the big centers. Lady at drive-thru, super friendly, nice smile. Will be back again

Ordered a Sweet Chilli Junior chicken on my drive thru town. Asked for no mayo as an allergy. They were trying to charge me for extra sauce... Got to the hotel to find after biting into the sandwich there was indeed MAYO!!!

I liked everything, the food is delicious as always. Coffee latte with caramel is incredible! I had to wait for a bus from Calgary for several hours, the employees treated me with respect. Rock music was playing.

Staff was super slow and it was literally just me and my friend in the drive thru. It was very early in the morning and so nobody was in the dining area as well. It was not good at all.

Went to self check out kiosk, and ordered a meal for myself, but encountered the problem of once clicking away from the pay for a paper bag option to add on another item, I was never promoted again, which caused me to have my food served on a tray and having to then ask the employee for a bag, which they made me break a $5 to "purchase" a bag. Would be more effective to charge for the paper draws than a bag as they're more densely wrapped, using more paper waste. Secondly, the quality of food has gone way down... McDonalds isn't what it use to be and lack of standard shows that. The lady even used her bare hands after handling money to put my food in a bag.. will not return.

Was forced to order at the kiosk and pay with a card as there was not a staff member at the till. Requested take out service. Order came up, was placed on a tray, plopped on the counter with no bag. When I asked if I could have a bag was told by staff bags cost $ and she walked away. Still no one at the till to " buy a bag" from. Meanwhile the items I purchased are cooling on the counter. Does anybody want cold McDonald's?!?! The reason for the poor review is not municipal policy, nor the hoped reduction of consumables. It IS the chronic poor service systems McDonald's as a whole has implemented. If bags are an add on - charge for them up front OR make take out service a pay at the till only item. I had large bills and as I was required to pay by card at the kiosk I had no change for the bag. Poor service, poor scheduling and poor system. No stars.

I know drive through takes priority, but 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee? I'll be passing this location by in the future.
