We decided to eat inside about a week ago. Discovered that all the women’s toilets were overflowing and out the bathroom door. Consequently I ended up tracking stinky toilet water all over their restaurant. We warned other ladies. We offered to watch men’s room door so they could use that. They came right back and said they were all overflowing too. We told staff and they kind of brushed us off. They should all have been locked. We returned again today and decided we would do drive through for coffee and a muffin. They were very sorry but had no muffins at 10:00 AM. Only donuts. No thank you. We went to Tim Hortons.

As a previous McDonald's crew trainer myself, this is 100% avoidable. Teach your staff to slow down when pouring the coffee grounds into the filter instead of doing it as fast as possible and flinging the grounds everywhere. I'm a regular at this McDonald's but this is also a regular occurrence.

Guys! This mcd's has the best customer service ever! (Which says a lot for a McDonald's ):D. The lady running the till made our day with her enthusiasm, and upbeat personality! The food was brought right to our table with a smile, and the team member even came around checking in with us. Ordered the McChicken, which had the perfect handful of lettuce on it!😁. Totally recommend this spot for a bite to eat.

Stopped in for lunch, been driving for 8 hours. This place was SLAMMED and I didn’t wait at all, they were pumping out orders so fast it was super impressive, the ladies in the drive thru looked like they were having a blast too. I will be here again. This was a great experience

Not a great experience. We ordered through the drive through and received our med drinks which were only filled halfway. So I asked for it to be filled and they tried to add more ice instead of adding more pop. So I returned it and asked for a new pop with light ice. The fries were barely filled. And then the employee argued about the sauces we ordered saying they were in the nag when they were not. Then handed us an uncomfortable amount of sauces that were awkward to get through the drive through window into the car. It was a bad experience when usually I have good ones. Just be cautious at this location. Make sure you check your items.
McDonald's is not as exciting like it was years ago...its costly more than ever.The staff speak their home language and in a public place it shouldn't happen. This place is very clean..Nice to sit down and just forget your day. I must say coffee has improved over the years as it was so strong you needed a hot water bottle to add to make it right. Thumbs up they got it right.
